Any Chinese Speaking Members on tonight?

If there are any Chinese speaking forum members on tonight, would be most grateful for an assist on another forum. An individual has a problem getting going on his PC, we know whats wrong, but he doesnt speak English. If would be great if someone could help us get across to ths guy what he needs to do. Its the SETI Project. If there is anyone who could post a suitable reply translating from the english written solution grateful you have a look here:
